Everything you need to know about growing, ordering, and receiving your berries.

All of our berries are grown on our farm in Kotagiri, in the Nilgiris hills of Tamil Nadu. The cool climate there suits berries especially well, which is part of why our fruit tastes different from what you'd find in a typical supermarket.

Berries are picked, sorted, and packed on the same day, then sent straight out for delivery rather than sitting in cold storage. Most orders reach customers within a couple of days of harvest.

Keep them refrigerated and unwashed until you're ready to eat them — rinsing in advance speeds up spoilage. Most of our berries stay fresh for 4-6 days in the fridge if kept dry.

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue as soon as it arrives. We'll sort out a replacement or refund — freshness issues on our end are on us to fix, not you.
